Since I learned my first meditation technique in 1998, my meditation practices have shaped my life to be better, happier and more fulfilling. Meditation is very empowering! It helps us to overcome fears and limitations to become masters of our own lives. I teach meditation to my clients as well as closing each session with a custom guided meditation.
