Speaking Your Truth, Healing, and the High Value of YOU
Each time your truth was silenced, every time that someone in your life failed to hear about how you were feeling, you earned interest on your value that had been invested.
And each time trying to tell your truth made you unsafe or got you rejected, your interest rate went up.
Whenever your emotions and your truth have gone untold, unheard, dishonored, your interest has been compounded.
All of the value that you once felt you lost is available to you now, with all of the interest it has accumulated over the years.
You can access your invested value by hearing your own truth, by being fully present to yourself and by using your adult foundational tools to heal yourself. You heal by knowing and acknowledging that you are now safe. You find your grounding, your foundation. You begin to release by breathing deeper than you thought you could. You use your breath and your grounding as your tools to release the fear, anger, sadness and shame. You heal by allowing yourself to finally say, feel, express to yourself whatever has been stuffed down inside you for all of these years. As you release the painful emotions, you allow the love, the Divine Energy to flow into you, to fill the space and the openings that you have made within. Rest, allow yourself to settle and repeat when you are ready again.
This is not necessarily easy work but the more grounded you are and the more compassion and support you can give to yourself throughout the process, the easier it will be. When you feel overwhelmed, you can stop and rest and revisit the releasing later. Even if you don’t go very deeply with this practice, your awareness and acknowledgement of your truth has already sent out a ripple into the world that allows others to heal by finally sharing their truth - So thank you. You have already unlocked the first distribution of dividends and returns on your value to come to you.
But if you continue, if you do this difficult work of continuing to support yourself, of continuing to hear and express your own truth, of supporting and comforting yourself as you have needed for so long, then you will unlock your access to all of your value that has been building for you over your lifetime. When your value, your life force, returns to you through your willingness to do this work, you can then use it to make all of your wildest dreams your reality.
